History
American Controls (ACI) was founded in 1990 to specialize and manufacture electrical control panels for an affiliated OEM company. By 1994, the company had expanded to serve other OEMs with electrical control needs. We established a strategic focus on designing systems for these customers to deliver superior contract engineering and manufacturing of these products.
By 1998, we had established significant partnerships with global, industry-leading OEMs, engineering electrical controls for their desired applications through collaborative engineering and high value-added services.
We currently operate in a 32,000-square-foot facility outside of Cleveland, Ohio, and endeavor to be the contract manufacturer of choice for custom electrical control panels.

We utilize our expertise in engineering, procurement, inventory management and manufacturing to deliver cost-effective and efficient solutions.
